Registration for Creative Art for Well-being

I can't tell you how truly pleased I am that you'll be joining me. You don't need to be an artist! You just need an open mind and a few art supplies most people have around the house. You'll need colored pencils, markers, or crayons plus drawing paper. Any blank paper will do. This is meant to be a relaxing event and yes, you'll make some art. So grab a cup'a tea or a glass of wine and let's make some art together.

In this live interactive session, we'll step through a grounding activity through art. This therapeutic art exercise uses principles of grounding and mindfulness to help manage anxiety and other overwhelming emotions, no matter what setting you're in. While that sounds like a lot, it really is just going to be a relaxing time so not to worry.

Just the act of creating will lower your heart rate and improves your sense of happiness and well-being.
