RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Art, Body & Soul, every item is chosen—or created—with care. Whether it’s clothing that lets you express your vibe or on-demand pieces crafted just for you, we want you to love what you receive.

If your clothing item didn’t work out, we offer returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

Items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Tags attached
Returned in original packaging

Final sale items, intimates, and accessories are not eligible for return.

Custom-Made Products (Journals, Wall Art, Mugs & More)

Many of our items are made just for you the moment you order—this includes our journals, artwork, and other lifestyle pieces. Because these are made-to-order and created to reduce waste, we do not offer returns or exchanges for these items.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days with a photo, and we’ll make it right.
