Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to U.S. addresses using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and others depending on the product type and destination. Most items ship within 3–5 business days—but here’s the beautiful part:

🪄 Many of our products are made just for you once your order is placed.
This helps us reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and create a more intentional experience. It also means your order may need a little time to come to life before it ships.

Estimated delivery times (after production):

  • USPS First Class: 3–5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

🌍 International Shipping

We offer international shipping on select products and destinations. Orders are usually sent via USPS First Class International or Priority Mail International, depending on where you are and what you order.

Estimated international delivery times (after production):

  • USPS First Class International: Up to 3 weeks

  • USPS Priority International: 6–10 business days (customs may vary)

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees required by your country. These are not included in your purchase price and are not covered by Art, Body & Soul. Please check with your local customs office if you have questions.

Made-to-Order & Production Time

We work with a select group of production partners to offer beautiful, high-quality products made on demand. This allows us to keep things sustainable and special—but it does take a smidge more time.

In general:

  • Most items are produced and ready to ship within 3–5 business days

  • Custom art or seasonal product launches may take longer (see product page for details)

Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address before submitting your order. If something looks off after you check out, email us right away at support@artbodyandsoul.com. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to input errors may not be refundable or replaceable.
