Hi — I’m Camille St. Onge. After two decades in high-pressure leadership and communications, I shifted everything to follow what matters: helping people feel calmer, stronger, and more like themselves. I’m a certified reiki and art-therapy practitioner and a former CrossFit coach, and my work blends creative practice, somatic strength, breathwork, and simple rituals.
For years I thought the racing heart and constant mental chatter were just modern life — until I realized the nervous system wasn’t broken, it was stuck in survival.
