Do I have to start on January 1?
No. Start today. The chapters are built so you can join anytime and still benefit.

How much time per day?
10–30 minutes. If you're low on energy, stick with the 10-minute version. Consistency beats heroics.

What about February and March?
January Foundation is free—your invitation to experience Winter Arc. If you want to continue the journey with February (Fuel + Follow-Through) and March (Nervous System + Alignment), they're included with app membership, along with full access to our library of recipes, workouts, meditations, and guides. Join whenever feels right for you.

Is this for beginners?
Yes. It's also for people rebuilding consistency after a break, or anyone tired of all-or-nothing wellness programs.

What if I miss a day?

What if I'm on GLP-1 meds (Ozempic, Wegovy, etc.)?
